New York I Love You

It’s been far, far too long between posts! Now that I’m back home in Australia and my adventures around the world have come to an end (for now anyway!), it’s time for me to play catch up with a few (ok, a lot) of travel posts. The first of which is a little place you might have heard of called New York City.

So it was way back in May (!) when I was in New York, but between my beloved travel journal and a paper bag I scrawled on, I remembered all my favourites.

Best dinner was this mouth watering BBQ at Mable’s Smokehouse & Banquet Hall. I need to find some good BBQ in Sydney!

Lots of play: a walk over the Brooklyn Bridge, picklebacks, sitting on a rooftop in Brooklyn until the sun came up, having don’t stop believing stuck in my head for days courtesy of Rock of Ages on Broadway, Brooklyn Brewery tour, comedy at the Knitting Factory.

Everything. And I can’t wait to go back.
